
Teri Rousseau moved to San Clemente in 2010 and quickly embraced the city’s “Village by the Sea” charm and its relaxed, beach-town atmosphere. She enjoys the community’s many beautiful beaches and parks and has remained committed to helping maintain and expand the outdoor facilities, recreational spaces, and community events that make San Clemente so special.
Teri has served on the San Clemente Beaches, Parks, and Recreation Commission since 2021 and joined the Friends of San Clemente Board of Directors in 2022. She lives in San Clemente with her partner of 23 years, Michael, and their two dogs.
Her personal mission is to increase public awareness of the many public works projects, programs, and events that the Friends of San Clemente supports through its fundraising and donations, ensuring that residents understand and appreciate the meaningful impact the organization has on the community.
