Rick Loeffler has lived in San Clemente for twenty-three years. He is retired after a thirty-seven-year career in law enforcement and is currently serving on the San Clemente City Council. Rick believes San Clemente is the crown jewel of Orange County beach cities, a community that has preserved its “small town” vibe while offering every service and amenity residents could ask for. With its beautiful beaches and parks, San Clemente is a place where residents remain committed to maintaining the city’s incredible quality of life.

Rick is married to his wife, Karen, and is the father of four children—including a set of twins—and, so far, the proud grandfather of five.
