Jeff has served on the Friends of San Clemente Board for 20 years and has resided in San Clemente for the past 28 years.  He has also served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Friends of San Clemente.  Prior to joining the Friends, Jeff served as a Board member of the Feedback Foundation, which prepared and delivered meals to the homes of seniors; Family Services Association, which provided family counseling services; and Christian Arbitration and Mediation Services, which provided dispute resolution services for individuals and businesses.

Jeff earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and a J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Jeff has worked as a wills, trusts and estates attorney for over 35 years, with his law office located in downtown San Clemente since 2003.

As an avid surfer, hiker and golfer, Jeff is passionate about maintaining San Clemente’s beautiful beaches, parks, trails and municipal golf course.

Jeff has been married to his wife, Allison, for over 35 years, with one daughter, and, so far, one grandson.
